qt makes me so lazy.. no need to think hard about undo,copy,paste etc..qt got everything in-built.
undo is very hard to implement...so i am happy with qt. but copy and paste are much easier. i didn't expect qt got function for these things also.

i think i got the idea..  using a stack may work.... but we have to run a timer along with the program... more difficult... i think after this i might cover half of Qt...

working of undo

this is may be wierd...... there is a object for text edit in qt .. all we need is to invoke that object... but how can i implement undo. might need to redefine textedit object.

          was taking a break from the work. working with Qt is so simple.but we should be good with oop concept...i am shaking my hands. cannot type fast. may blogging help to improve my typing speed. making lot of mistakes while typing.. the first key which will fail to work will be the backspace in my keyboard.
         finished the file menu for "not-notepad"... this is a temporary name for my text editing software. most difficult menus are yet to come. still it is nice to code something although i am not a good programmer.

It is nice to blog while doing something brain storming. Got the idea from the movie 'The social network'.
now i am in the middle of developing a alternative software for notepad... playing urumi songs in the background..... prithviraj singing vadakku vadakku. good song.. deepak dev is a good music director.
